  • 3. After payment is completed, the staff will assist you in activating your SIM card.

1.3 eSIM virtual card processing option

  • 1. If your phone supports the eSIM function, you can apply for a virtual SIM card.
  • 2. Phones supporting eSIM include iPhone 14 and later models.
  • 3. You can scan the QR code provided by the operator to activate the eSIM.
  • 4. Handling an eSIM virtual card does not require replacing the physical SIM card.

 

1.4 Instructions for card cancellation

  • 1. Before you leave China, you need to cancel your SIM card.
  • 2. The cancellation of the service must be handled at the directly affiliated telecom business hall where the card was issued.
  • 3. Non-affiliated telecom service halls are unable to handle cancellation services.
