  • 1. The check-in areas for domestic and international flights at airports in China are mostly physically separated.
  • 2. For example, at Terminal 2 of Beijing Capital International Airport, there is a customs checkpoint located at the entrance of the international flight check-in area.
  • 3. Passengers who are not taking international flights cannot enter the international flight check-in counter area.
  • 4. After entering the airport, you need to find the check-in area of the airline corresponding to your flight.
  • 5. You can inquire about the specific location of the check-in area from the airport staff on site.
  • 6. You can also quickly locate the check-in area by following the directional signs at the airport.
  • 7. You can choose to check in at the counter with our staff or at a self-service kiosk.
  • 8. When checking in, please complete the following steps in order: submit your passport, hand over your checked baggage, and collect your boarding pass.

 

1.3 Safety inspection

  • 1. After completing check-in, you need to pass through airport security.
  • 2. Please ensure to carry your passport and boarding pass with you when passing through security.
  • 3. Please take out your mobile phone and laptop separately for security inspection.
  • 4. Please take out the portable power bank separately for security inspection.
  • 5. Regarding the regulations for carrying portable power banks on airplanes, you can inquire and confirm with the airline of your flight in advance.
  • 6. Please take out your personal belongings such as umbrellas separately for security inspection.
  • 7. Please take off your coat before passing through the security checkpoint.

 

1.4 Find the boarding gate

  • 1. After passing through security, you need to find the boarding gate corresponding to your flight.
